Inspecting Tooling
During machining, tools naturally wear out over time. While inspecting the tools, I discovered that the one shown in the picture had worn out significantly. This wear was evident from the presence of burrs and the high spindle loads it caused. Recognizing the impact of tool wear on machining quality, I promptly replaced the worn tool with a new one to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
